Tulima Solar is hiring for a Corporate Sales Manager position.
Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and developing strategic partnerships to expand market reach. The role oversees sales pipeline management, customer segmentation, partner engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and service delivery.
The position also involves developing sales strategies, generating market insights, managing key partner accounts, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting the training and development of sales teams to ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach
  • Manage sales pipeline and customer segmentation
  • Lead partner engagement and key account management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Generate market insights for business growth
  • Monitor performance metrics and reporting
  • Support training and development of sales teams
  • Enhance customer acquisition, retention, and service delivery
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in related work
  • Experience leading a sales team (3+ staff)
  • Ability to develop incentive structures, policies, and sales practices
  • Experience managing 3rd party sales channels and partnerships
  • Experience selling to premium clients and large systems/equipment
  • Strong metrics-based planning and evaluation skills
  • Strong mentorship and coaching ability
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • Fluent in English
