The company is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Poultry Manager (Layers Specialist) to oversee large-scale poultry operations and ensure optimal productivity, bird health, and farm efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of layer poultry production
  • Ensure optimal egg production, bird health, and animal welfare
  • Manage feeding programs, vaccination schedules, and biosecurity systems
  • Supervise farm staff and enforce operational standards
  • Maintain accurate production, performance, and financial records
  • Prepare detailed reports and performance analytics for management
  • Implement cost-control measures and improve farm efficiency
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Poultry Manager (layers specialization)
