Timber Papper is hiring for 6 Sales Representatives.
Job Title: Sales Representative (6 Positions)
Timber Papper is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives with experience in FMCG companies or paper product sales to drive business growth, expand market reach, and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories
  • Promote and sell paper products and related company offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market visits, customer follow-ups, and product presentations
  • Collect and report market intelligence and competitor activity
  • Ensure proper order processing, delivery follow-up, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
  • Support brand visibility and product awareness in the market
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience in FMCG sales or paper products sales (strong advantage)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good knowledge of customer relationship management
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
