JOB SUMMARY

The Social Media Marketing Personnel will be responsible for managing Cassia Lodge’s social media presence, creating engaging content, growing online audiences, monitoring digital performance, and implementing social media strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

The successful candidate should be creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and maintain Cassia Lodge’s social media platforms.
- Develop and implement engaging social media marketing strategies.
- Create high-quality and relevant content for social media channels.
- Write compelling captions, promotional messages, and marketing copy.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Engage with followers, customers, and online communities professionally.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Track engagement, reach, audience growth, and other relevant digital marketing metrics.
- Promote the lodge’s hospitality services, experiences, facilities, offers, and events.
- Collaborate with other teams to gather content and support promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional online presence.
- Identify opportunities to improve social media engagement and conversion.
- Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, content formats, and digital marketing trends.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should have:

- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Good knowledge of major social media platforms and their features.
- Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics.
