Job Summary

The Solution Architect will be responsible for translating customer business requirements and technology opportunities into detailed technical solutions, proposals, and implementation plans that support Ericsson’s business growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, business partners, engineering teams, and delivery teams to design, deploy, configure, and improve communication service solutions.
The role requires strong expertise in Ericsson Dynamic Activation (EDA) Provisioning Solutions, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, Kubernetes, OpenStack, telecom systems, and software delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design and Architecture
The Solution Architect will:
  • Analyse customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design scalable telecommunications and IT architecture solutions.
  • Develop technical proposals and solution documentation.
  • Support pre-sales activities through technical consultation.
  • Recommend appropriate Ericsson products and technologies.
