Job Title: Water Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain water filtration and dispensing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on water treatment equipment.
• Diagnose technical faults and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure installed systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Perform repairs and replacements where necessary.

• Conduct customer site visits to assess water system requirements.
• Evaluate installation locations and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to clients on system operation and maintenance.
• Respond to customer technical inquiries and support requests.
• Prepare technical reports after site assessments and service visits.

• Monitor water quality parameters to ensure compliance with required standards.
• Conduct basic water quality assessments and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of water testing results.
• Support continuous improvement of water treatment solutions.

• Work directly with clients to understand their technical needs.
• Provide professional customer service and technical advice.
• Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of water systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients through reliable support.

• Collaborate with other engineers and technical staff.
• Support product improvements and technical innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Water Engineering
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Related engineering fields

Required Skills and Competencies
