Job Summary
Ranchers Finest is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to provide strategic leadership for the company's Human Resources function.
The HR Manager will develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives, workforce productivity, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth.
The successful candidate will oversee key areas including talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, training, and employee wellbeing.
Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector will be particularly valuable for this position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Human Resource Leadership
  • Develop and implement the company's HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Team on workforce planning and organizational design.

  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory obligations, including NSSF and PAYE.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead HR audits and follow up on corrective actions.

9. Health, Safety and Employee Wellbeing
  • Work with operational teams to promote workplace health and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education
