International Justice Mission (IJM) is inviting applications from experienced Human Resource professionals for the position of Human Resource Manager – Kampala. This opportunity is ideal for senior HR professionals with strong experience in strategic human resource management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR compliance, labor laws, organizational development, and HR leadership.

Job Summary – Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager will lead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance.
The role will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including:
  • Workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Planning and Workforce Management
The Human Resource Manager will:
