ABOUT BRAC UGANDA BANK LIMITED

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive customer acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Mobilize customer deposits in line with assigned targets.
• Promote and increase uptake of mobile banking and SMS banking services.
• Participate in branch and head office sales mobilization campaigns.

• Educate customers on bank products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage.
• Guide customers on the use of digital banking channels.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Position BRAC Uganda Bank as the preferred financial institution for customers.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.
• Recommend appropriate financial solutions based on customer needs.
• Support branch growth through increased product penetration.

• Develop daily sales activity plans.
• Submit daily onboarding and digital channel recruitment reports.
• Provide regular updates to the Branch Manager and Manager Savings Mobilization.

• Ensure all customer onboarding activities comply with:
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized institution.
