Job Description – Sales Agents | Jubilee Life Insurance | Uganda
Jubilee Life Insurance is seeking motivated and results-oriented Sales Agents to join its sales team. The role focuses on promoting life insurance products, acquiring new clients, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
This is a strictly commission-based opportunity with attractive earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Market and sell life insurance products to new and existing clients
  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Explain insurance products clearly and guide clients in selecting suitable plans
  • Achieve set sales targets and performance objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
Requirements
  • Age: 27 years and above
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about sales
  • At least 2 years’ experience in commission-based sales (added advantage)
Compensation
  • Commission-based earnings only
  • High earning potential based on performance
