VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – FIELD OPERATIONS OFFICER (WATU)

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Check offline rates and unpaid metrics for the planned route.
• Contact underperforming dealers and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure alignment between dealers and Field Officers (FOs).

• Educate dealers on Watu Simu products, services, and processes, ensuring clear understanding of terms and benefits.
• Conduct daily Field Officer (FO) retraining sessions on software updates, onboarding processes, installment plans, and loan details.
• Ensure accurate information entry and proper understanding of all systems and processes.

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealers and Dealer Sales Representatives (DSRs).
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational coordination.

• Provide ongoing support to dealers and FOs.
• Ensure route compliance and assist in resolving field-related issues.

• Submit daily reports on activities, routes visited, and sales performance.
• Report issues encountered and actions taken during field operations.

• Expand store coverage by adding new local dealerships and additional stores to existing dealerships each month.

• Provide continuous feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Support strategy adjustments based on field insights.

• Drive conversion of cash customers to credit through dealerships to increase revenue.

• Ensure strict adherence to company policies.
• Do not sell stock to dealers or engage in poaching Field Officers between dealers.
