Role Description
This Sales and Marketing Specialist role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and promoting printed products, promotional items, and signage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and follow up on sales leads and pipeline
  • Meet prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client branding needs and prepare quotations
  • Present tailored branding and signage solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Contribute to product training and marketing materials
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven sales experience (B2B or related environment)
  • Experience in sales management and training
  • Basic marketing knowledge (campaigns, events, promotions)
  • Ability to work on-site in Kampala
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM and office tools
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Experience in printing, advertising, signage, or promotional products is an added advantage
