About the Role
Spectrum Real Estate Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital & Social Marketing Manager to drive the company's digital presence, strengthen brand awareness, generate quality sales leads, and support business growth through innovative marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging real estate content, executing digital campaigns, optimizing online visibility, and monitoring marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Manage and maintain the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all digital platforms.
  • Engage with online audiences and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation & Campaign Management
  • Create engaging and compelling real estate content that promotes company properties, services, and brand initiatives.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Write creative marketing copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
Paid Advertising Management
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Implement audience targeting and retargeting strategies to generate quality leads.
Website Management & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Manage website content and ensure information remains accurate, current, and engaging.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics.
  • Work to improve online visibility and search engine presence.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain customers.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain lead databases and support follow-up marketing activities.
  • Create strategies to convert prospects into clients.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze social media, website, and digital advertising performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
  • Use marketing analytics to support decision-making and future campaign planning.
Marketing Coordination
  • Coordinate property photography, videography, and production of marketing materials.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Support the promotion of property listings and real estate projects through digital channels.
Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Website content management experience.
  • Email marketing experience.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Professional Skills
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
