Job Summary

The System Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring sales teams through the organization's AI-integrated Sales Monitoring System while ensuring the smooth operation of IT support services across the company. The role combines systems administration, sales performance monitoring, technical support, reporting, and team supervision to improve operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee system performance, generate management reports, support users, and ensure that sales monitoring tools and IT systems operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Monitoring & Performance Supervision
  • Monitor sales team activities using AI-integrated sales monitoring systems.
  • Track sales performance and productivity metrics.
  • Analyze sales trends and generate performance insights.
  • Support management in evaluating sales team effectiveness.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and reporting.
2. Systems Administration & Monitoring
  • Monitor the performance and availability of organizational systems.
  • Ensure efficient operation of IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Support system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Monitor system usage and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and system reliability.
3. IT Support Operations
  • Provide first-line and second-line technical support to users.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Coordinate system maintenance and user support activities.
  • Escalate critical incidents when necessary.
  • Maintain IT service quality and responsiveness.
4. Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Generate operational and performance reports.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports.
  • Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.
  • Support decision-making through accurate reporting.
  • Maintain records of system performance and user activities.
5. Team Leadership & Supervision
  • Supervise staff and support teams within assigned areas.
  • Guide users on proper utilization of systems and technologies.
  • Promote accountability and performance improvement.
  • Coordinate tasks and monitor service delivery standards.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
6. ERP, CRM & Business Systems Support
  • Support ERP and CRM system operations.
  • Assist users with business applications and reporting tools.
  • Monitor data quality and system effectiveness.
  • Support business process automation initiatives.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of enterprise systems.
7. Compliance & Security
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
  • Monitor user access and system compliance.
  • Support implementation of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Report and address system vulnerabilities where identified.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in:
    • Information Technology

    • Or a related field
