Alpha Asset Managers Limited is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Kampala.

We are a CMA Uganda-licensed fund manager building one of East Africa’s leading asset management platforms — spanning direct lending, listed equities, and institutional fund management. As we scale, we need a sharp, creative marketer who understands finance and knows how to communicate it with clarity and impact.

You’ll own our digital voice — from LinkedIn and our website to investor communications and fund launches.

What we’re looking for:

→ 3-5 years in digital marketing, ideally in financial services → Strong content and storytelling skills
→ Hands-on with social media, SEO, and analytics
→ Able to translate complex financial ideas into compelling content
→ Detail-oriented and self-driven
