CURRICULUM COORDINATOR – EARLY YEARS (PRESCHOOL) JOB OPPORTUNITY
Partunify is recruiting on behalf of a preschool in Kampala for an experienced Curriculum Coordinator – Early Years (Preschool) to lead curriculum development and instructional quality across early childhood classes.
Job Overview
The Curriculum Coordinator will oversee early years curriculum planning, teacher mentorship, classroom quality assurance, and academic coordination for Preschool and Playgroup departments.
Duty Station
 Kampala
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee curriculum planning, development, and implementation for early years classes
  • Review and approve weekly lesson plans for quality and alignment
  • Mentor and support teachers in instructional improvement
  • Monitor classroom teaching standards and promote creativity
  • Lead curriculum review meetings and teacher planning sessions
  • Coordinate assessments and ensure accurate academic records
  • Identify training needs and organize teacher development programs
  • Integrate co-curricular activities and school events into learning programs
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience in an international curriculum
  • At least 2 years in a curriculum leadership role
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Child-centered learning
    • Play-based education approaches
    • Inclusive education strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Child development knowledge
  • Ability to manage academic quality standards
