• Monitor and track financed assets to ensure their safety and proper utilization.
• Follow up with customers on overdue loan repayments and recovery activities.
• Support asset recovery processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities, customer engagements, and asset status.
• Investigate cases involving missing or non-performing financed assets.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve repayment and asset-related issues.
• Prepare recovery reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical recovery practices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while promoting timely loan repayment.
• Support initiatives aimed at reducing portfolio risk and improving asset recovery performance.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
