1. OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring that departments work efficiently and that guests receive consistently high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel and resort operations.
- Coordinate activities across different departments.
- Monitor service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed.
- Support staff supervision, performance, and productivity.
- Monitor operational costs and resource utilization.
- Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and workplace procedures.
- Support management in achieving business and operational targets.

2. HEAD OF MARKETING AND SALES

The Head of Marketing and Sales will lead marketing and sales initiatives aimed at increasing hotel visibility, attracting new customers, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Promote the resort's accommodation, events, dining, and hospitality services.
- Coordinate digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping staff schedules and duties.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well maintained.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Inspect rooms and facilities regularly.
- Maintain appropriate housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping team members.
