TotalEnergies — Tangi Base Supervisor

• HSE & Compliance: Champion the 12 Golden Rules, enforce SOX compliance, oversee HSE anomaly investigations, and integrate safety bridging protocols between TotalEnergies and logistics contractors.
• Logistics Base Operations: Manage storage, land transport, lifting equipment, and material support for onshore drilling operations in coordination with technical administrators (TADM) and Drilling Superintendents.
• Materials & Inventory Management: Oversee physical stock monitoring, reconciliation, stock reduction initiatives, and materials logistics for drilling and field operations.
• Continuous Improvement & LEAN: Implement LEAN methodology, 3C principles, and the 5R waste management hierarchy (Reduce, Recover, Reuse, Recycle, Residue disposal) to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Performance & Reporting: Track operational KPIs/CPIs, conduct Service Quality Meetings (SQMs), manage UNISOL (ERP) transactions, and compile weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc operational reports.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, appraise, and coach base personnel while maintaining competency standards via the LSO CAP framework.

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Management Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• ERP Proficiency: Experience using UNISOL / SAP (SCOT, MM, and RLM modules) is a strong plus. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of current legislation regarding Health & Safety at Work, Environmental Protection, Dangerous Goods handling, and Waste Management.

• 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Logistics Base Operations and Materials Management within the Oil and Gas industry.
• Thorough knowledge of onshore field operational constraints, heavy lifting equipment, and drilling logistics support.
• Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and team coaching capabilities under high-pressure site conditions.
