Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cleaning staff.
• Assign duties and ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance where necessary.
• Motivate team members to achieve high service standards.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and professionalism.

• Conduct regular quality inspections of completed cleaning work.
• Ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
• Identify areas requiring improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure clients receive satisfactory cleaning services.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards across assigned locations.

• Prepare and manage cleaning staff work schedules.
• Monitor staff attendance and punctuality.
• Coordinate replacements when team members are unavailable.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels for daily operations.
• Maintain accurate attendance records.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Monitor safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Train staff on correct cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Report damaged equipment or shortages to management.
• Promote responsible use of company resources.

• Report operational challenges and service issues to management.
• Provide updates on team performance and service delivery.
• Support management in improving cleaning processes.
• Maintain records of inspections, schedules, and operational activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning supervision or a similar supervisory role.
• Experience managing cleaning teams or service operations.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning procedures and standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
