Compensation
- UGX 500,000 monthly guaranteed retainer

Job Overview
Basket Advisory Technologies is hiring a Sales Representative to promote and sell four integrated business platforms to enterprises across Uganda. The role involves high-level B2B sales targeting executives and decision-makers in multiple industries.
Products You Will Sell
- BASKET PAYROLL
Payroll, PAYE, NSSF, mobile money salary disbursement - TAJIRI DISTRIBUTION
FMCG tracking, agent performance, collections - JIRANI MARKETPLACE
Produce aggregation, agro-trade compliance, payouts - BASKET BOOKS (Free Tool)
Invoicing, VAT, P&L, debtor tracking
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential enterprise clients across Uganda
- Book meetings with CEOs, HR Directors, and Finance Managers
- Conduct live product demos using a laptop
- Sell multiple SaaS platforms in a single client visit
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Close subscription deals
- Submit weekly sales reports
- Maintain consistent client follow-ups
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in field sales (FMCG, fintech, payroll, or distribution)
- Proven experience closing B2B deals
- Strong network with Ugandan companies preferred
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to sell software to non-technical users
- Confidence in presenting to executives
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Pipeline and CRM management skills
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Own a working laptop (for demos)
- Willing to travel across Uganda
- Strong proof of business contacts (required at interview)
- Ability to independently demo all platforms
- Immediate availability
