The company serves households, schools, restaurants, factories, institutions, and other commercial customers by providing sustainable clean energy solutions that promote environmental conservation and affordable cooking fuel.

Job Summary
Crane Briquettes is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales and Marketing Personnel to promote and sell biomass briquettes within Mukono and Kampala. This field-based role involves identifying new customers, building strong client relationships, promoting clean energy products, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
  • Identify and approach potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, institutions, restaurants, factories, and households.
  • Conduct field sales, product demonstrations, and promotional activities in markets, communities, and business premises.
  • Achieve agreed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Promote the environmental and economic benefits of biomass briquettes.
  • Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate product orders and deliveries.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on field activities.
  • Represent the company professionally while promoting its products and brand.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
  • Minimum of Uganda Certificate of Education (O' Level/Senior Four) or higher.

Experience
The following will be an added advantage:
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
  • Experience promoting consumer products or field sales activities.

Required Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Good knowledge of local markets and customer needs.
  • Honesty, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work extensively in the field.
  • A valid riding permit and ability to ride a motorcycle will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions
  • Field-based role covering Mukono and Kampala.
  • Applicants must currently reside in or around Mukono or Kampala.
  • Preferred age range: 18–38 years.
