Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and recruit new individual and corporate clients.
• Identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and field prospecting.
• Promote Jubilee Insurance products and services to prospective clients.
• Generate new business opportunities to grow the customer portfolio.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
• Negotiate and close insurance sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on potential leads.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide professional after-sales support and policy servicing.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Participate in company training sessions and product knowledge workshops.
• Attend sales meetings, team activities, and performance reviews.
• Continuously improve selling techniques and knowledge of insurance products.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance industry regulations.
• Submit required sales documentation within the stipulated timelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Additional training in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Customer Service is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in insurance, banking, telecommunications, FMCG, or financial services is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in customer relationship management and business development.
