Jubilee Life Insurance is seeking motivated and results-oriented Sales Agents to join its sales team. The role focuses on promoting life insurance products, acquiring new clients, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
This is a strictly commission-based opportunity with attractive earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell life insurance products to new and existing clients
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and referrals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Explain insurance products clearly and guide clients in selecting suitable plans
- Achieve set sales targets and performance objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
Requirements
- Age: 27 years and above
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about sales
- At least 2 years’ experience in commission-based sales (added advantage)
Compensation
- Commission-based earnings only
- High earning potential based on performance
