Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules, implementation plans, and work breakdown structures.
• Track all ongoing projects using project management software.
• Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved timelines and budgets.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Regularly update project progress through project management platforms.
• Track project submissions and updates using HubSpot.
• Prepare and share project progress reports with management and stakeholders.
• Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations to improve project efficiency and delivery.

• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout project implementation.
• Provide regular updates regarding project strategy, progress, and adjustments.
• Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Monitor project expenses and ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
• Track project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
• Support financial planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure efficient use of project resources.

• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure suppliers meet quality, safety, and delivery standards.

• Ensure project execution follows industry best practices and standards.
• Work with field teams to maintain safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Monitor project activities and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Promote continuous improvement throughout project implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Professional certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is an added advantage.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing engineering, construction, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience in the renewable energy or solar sector is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Experience working in African project environments is an added advantage.
