• Source genuine and aftermarket vehicle parts at competitive prices.

• Ensure timely procurement to support fleet and operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement of automobile spare parts or related automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Diploma or professional qualification in a related field is also acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, specifications, compatibility, and pricing trends.
• Experience in supplier negotiation, price analysis, and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
