JOB OVERVIEW
Kenen Laundry Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Presser to join our professional laundry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality garment finishing through expert ironing and pressing techniques, ensuring all customer items are clean, well-finished, and professionally presented.
This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in laundry operations, garment care, and pressing equipment handling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform professional ironing and pressing of garments including uniforms, corporate wear, casual clothing, and delicate fabrics.
  • Operate and maintain pressing machines and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all garments are properly sorted and handled according to fabric type and care requirements.
  • Inspect clothing before and after pressing to ensure high-quality finishing standards.
  • Remove wrinkles, folds, and creases while maintaining fabric quality and texture.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the pressing and laundry work area.
  • Follow customer instructions and special garment handling requirements.
  • Report damaged, stained, or difficult garments to supervisors immediately.
  • Support smooth workflow to ensure timely delivery of laundry services.
  • Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures within the laundry facility.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum education: UACE Certificate
  • Age: 19 – 30 years
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in professional pressing or ironing services.
  • Strong knowledge of laundry equipment handling and garment care techniques.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery.
  • Good discipline, reliability, and strong work ethics.
