Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications under the guidance of qualified pharmacy professionals.

• Provide professional assistance and guidance to customers.

• Monitor pharmacy stock levels and report shortages.
• Assist with stock receiving, arrangement, and expiry monitoring.

• Follow pharmacy procedures, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling customer information.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma / Associate Degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field.
• Previous experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and pharmacy operations.
• Good customer service skills.
