Job Summary
iCare Pharma is looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Pharmacy Dispenser to support the safe and accurate dispensing of prescription and non-prescription medicines while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will assist clients with medication guidance, manage pharmacy inventory, maintain compliance with pharmaceutical standards, and contribute to the pharmacy's sales and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately under professional supervision.
  • Verify prescriptions and ensure medicines are dispensed according to approved procedures.
  • Counsel patients on medication dosage, administration, storage, and possible side effects.
  • Provide guidance on the safe use of over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products.
  • Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment and expiry dates.
  • Maintain accurate dispensing and inventory records.
  • Promote pharmacy products and healthcare services to customers.
  • Support marketing and customer outreach initiatives to increase pharmacy sales.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene within the dispensary.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and arranging pharmaceutical supplies.
