Job Purpose
The People & Culture Associate will support Human Resource and organizational development functions, ensuring smooth people operations, talent management, and continuous improvement of workplace culture and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day Human Resource and People Operations functions
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
  • Support performance management and staff development processes
  • Contribute to improving HR policies and internal processes
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee experience
  • Ensure timely execution of HR tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements
Applicants should possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Human Resource Management
    • Industrial & Organizational Psychology
    • Business Administration
    • Or a related field
    • Or equivalent work experience
  • 2–3 years’ experience in HR or People Operations roles
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement of people operations
