Job Purpose
The People & Culture Associate will support Human Resource and organizational development functions, ensuring smooth people operations, talent management, and continuous improvement of workplace culture and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Human Resource and People Operations functions
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
- Support performance management and staff development processes
- Contribute to improving HR policies and internal processes
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee experience
- Ensure timely execution of HR tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial & Organizational Psychology
- Business Administration
- Or a related field
- Or equivalent work experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in HR or People Operations roles
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines
- Strong interest in continuous improvement of people operations
