Key Position Details
  • Company/Organization: KCB Bank
  • Job Summary: Responsible for leading business strategy, relationship management, risk compliance, and service delivery for investor services, trustee and custody operations, and facility agency transactions.
Role Summary & Core Duties
The incumbent oversees strategic growth, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and team leadership within the investor services and capital markets unit.
  • Business Strategy & Growth: Responsible for developing and implementing business strategy to achieve profitability targets, growing market share, and retaining the existing client base.
  • Relationship Management: Manage partnerships and relations for the Investor Services business, including customers, fund managers, regulators, administrators, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Customer Service & Operations: Deliver seamless customer service through the maintenance of high service standards and coordinate communication and documentation between corporate clients and internal departments.
  • Risk & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce risk excellence and compliance requirements (regulatory, audit, and internal controls), ensuring adherence to URBRA and CMA regulations regarding Investor Services.
  • Specialized Services: Oversee the provision and development of Trustee and Custody services in line with industry best practices, and develop and lead KCB’s Facility agency business for loan syndications, bond issues, and related capital markets transactions.
  • Team Leadership & Financial Management: Lead, direct, and develop a high-performing and motivated team while managing budgets and driving effective cost control.
