Job Summary
Twyford International Uganda is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Supervisor to provide legal guidance, manage compliance matters, support corporate governance, and supervise the legal function.
The successful candidate will provide legal advice to management, draft and review commercial contracts, manage litigation and disputes, identify legal risks, and ensure that statutory filings and regulatory approvals remain up to date.
This is a senior legal position suitable for an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda with strong experience in corporate law, contracts, litigation, regulatory compliance, and legal team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Advice and Compliance
The Legal Supervisor will provide timely and practical legal advice to management and the organization.
