Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of legal aid services to vulnerable individuals and communities.
• Manage and oversee legal casework from intake to resolution.
• Provide legal advice, guidance, and representation where appropriate.
• Collaborate with lawyers, courts, government agencies, and partner organizations to facilitate access to justice.
• Support human rights advocacy initiatives and legal awareness campaigns.
• Ensure legal services are delivered professionally, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and reports.
• Monitor legal matters and provide regular updates to management.
• Participate in community outreach activities that promote legal rights and access to justice.
• Perform any other duties assigned in support of the organization's legal services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in human rights advocacy and legal aid services.
• Experience working with vulnerable communities or within the NGO sector is an added advantage.
