Job Summary
Evidence Action is seeking qualified and experienced Lead Field Officers to support implementation of the Safe Water Now program in Uganda.
The Lead Field Officer will serve as the lead at an assigned satellite office or field hub and will oversee field activities within the locations supported by that office.
The role involves supervising field teams, coordinating chlorine delivery and dispenser maintenance, supporting installation activities, engaging communities and government stakeholders, managing field data, preparing work plans and reports, and ensuring that program activities are completed according to established standards.
The successful candidate will also train, mentor, and coach field staff while monitoring performance and identifying operational gaps that require corrective action.
This is a field-oriented position requiring regular travel to remote locations and strong organizational, communication, leadership, technology, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Satellite Office Leadership
The Lead Field Officer will provide leadership and operational oversight for activities conducted through an assigned satellite office or field hub.
