IVMS Officer – Job Description

• Monitor fuel consumption across the fleet and identify unusual variances.
• Conduct regular fuel reconciliation and maintain accurate fuel records.
• Track fuel efficiency and investigate discrepancies in fuel usage.
• Prepare daily fuel management and consumption reports.

• Plan and monitor scheduled vehicle maintenance activities.
• Track vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor vehicle uptime and availability to minimize operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with workshops and relevant operational teams to ensure timely maintenance.

• Ensure fleet operations comply with applicable transport laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor the validity and timely renewal of vehicle permits, licenses, inspections, and related documentation.
• Follow up with drivers and operational teams on outstanding compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of regulatory and fleet documentation.
