INVENTORY & STOCK ASSOCIATE – JOB OPPORTUNITY
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Associate to manage stock control, inventory operations, and supply chain coordination within a clinic environment. The ideal candidate should ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all clinic stock and inventory
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Track stock levels and initiate timely reorders
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries accurately
- Maintain proper storage conditions and organized stockrooms
- Monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Coordinate with management and approved suppliers on procurement needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Procurement
- Logistics
- Supply Chain Management
- Stores Management
- Business Administration
- Or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in stock/inventory management in a clinic, pharmacy, or hospital
- Experience in an aesthetics environment is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
