• Postgraduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Impact Evaluation, Statistics, GIS, Environmental Management, Development Practice, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems.
• Experience working with donor-funded development programmes.
• Experience in environmental impact assessment, climate resilience, agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, or natural resource management is highly desirable.
• Practical experience using GIS and spatial analysis tools.
• Experience conducting baseline, midline, and end-line evaluations.
