Grant Writing and Fundraising Assistant (2 Positions)

• Research and identify funding opportunities aligned with CTPH’s conservation, public health, One Health, environmental restoration, and community livelihood programs.
• Support the preparation of grant proposals, concept notes, expressions of interest, and letters of inquiry.
• Conduct donor research to understand funding priorities, trends, and partnership opportunities.
• Compile proposal documents, organizational information, budgets, success stories, and supporting materials.
• Maintain and regularly update donor databases, grant trackers, and fundraising records.

• Support communication and engagement with institutional and individual donors.
• Maintain accurate donor records and monitor donor contributions.
• Assist in developing newsletters, project updates, fundraising appeals, impact stories, and donor communication materials.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor outreach initiatives, and stewardship activities.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and reports for donor meetings and engagements.

• Track proposal development timelines and submission deadlines.
• Maintain organized grant files, donor correspondence, compliance records, and fundraising documentation.
• Support documentation of project achievements, success stories, lessons learned, and impact evidence.
• Assist with partnership development and other resource mobilization initiatives.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Development Director.
• Contribute to organizational fundraising and partnership development activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, Project Planning and Management, International Relations, or a related field.
• Additional training or demonstrated interest in grant writing, fundraising, donor relations, proposal development, or nonprofit resource mobilization is an added advantage.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in grant writing, fundraising support, communications, research, or programme support.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or volunteer experience are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to synthesize technical information into compelling donor-focused content.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
