Position: Field Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise a network of field agents.
• Register and onboard farmers onto the platform.
• Support farmer enrollment into insurance and financial services programs.
• Act as the company’s operational representative in assigned field regions.
• Drive field performance and achieve operational targets.
• Build strong relationships with farming communities and local stakeholders.
• Support mobile money payment and registration processes.
• Monitor field activities and provide regular operational updates.

Who Should Apply?

• 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Field management
  • Agricultural extension
  • Agritech operations
  • Rural community engagement
• Good understanding of:
  • MTN Mobile Money (MoMo)
  • Airtel Money
  • Mobile financial services
• Ability to communicate in local languages and effectively engage farming communities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and target-driven skills.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
