• Training & Alignment: Actively participate in all pre-deployment training sessions and pre-testing phases for survey tools.
• Data Collection: Administer structured surveys and qualitative interviews with target participants according to exact project protocols and sampling frameworks.
• Quality Control & Syncing: Verify that all collected questionnaires are accurate, complete, and uploaded or submitted daily as instructed by team leaders.
• Ethics & Community Engagement: Secure informed consent, maintain absolute confidentiality, and communicate respectfully using required local languages.

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Proven prior experience working as a quantitative or qualitative field enumerator / data collector.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on familiarity with mobile data collection platforms (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO, CSPro).
• Language Skills: Absolute fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) in the specified local languages for the targeted country.
