Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients attending the health facility.
• Perform preliminary patient clinical assessments before treatment.
• Assess patient conditions and report significant findings to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and patient-centred nursing services.
• Support patients throughout their treatment and recovery process.

• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
• Perform wound dressing and other clinical nursing procedures.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognised training institution.

• Degree in Nursing from a recognised training institution.

• A valid nursing licence.
• Active registration with the Uganda Nurses & Midwives Council (UNMC).

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
