Ntale Skin Care is a growing skincare and beauty brand focused on providing quality beauty products to customers across Uganda. The company is expanding its operations and is seeking hardworking, reliable, and customer-focused Drivers to support product distribution, customer deliveries, and business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong driving skills, good customer service abilities, and the ability to represent the brand professionally while delivering skincare products to wholesalers and customers.

Job Summary

The Driver will be responsible for transporting skincare products safely, supporting product deliveries, maintaining good relationships with customers, and ensuring timely distribution of company products.
The successful candidate should be responsible, self-driven, physically fit, and able to work independently while meeting delivery schedules and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Transportation
  • Transport and deliver skincare products to wholesalers, retailers, and customers.
  • Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of company products.
  • Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and customer confirmations.
Customer Service & Brand Representation
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers during deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent Ntale Skin Care professionally.
  • Support customer inquiries and direct feedback to the sales team.
  • Ensure customers receive products in good condition.
Vehicle Management & Safety
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks before and after journeys.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
  • Follow traffic laws and company transportation policies.
  • Report any vehicle issues or maintenance requirements.
Sales Support
  • Support sales teams in reaching customers and wholesalers.
  • Assist with product distribution activities.
  • Help promote company products through professional customer interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Age: 20 – 35 years
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales, delivery, driving, or customer service roles (experience in skincare or beauty products is an added advantage).
  • Valid driving permit.
  • Good knowledge of Kampala and surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Presentable, confident, and self-driven.
  • Ready to start immediately.
