Job Summary

Twyford International Uganda is seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor (Transportation Dispatch Supervisor) to oversee daily transport and dispatch operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning delivery schedules, supervising drivers, coordinating vehicle assignments, monitoring fleet performance, ensuring compliance, and improving transportation efficiency.
This role requires strong leadership, logistics expertise, route planning experience, and the ability to manage fast-paced transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Operations Management
The Dispatch Supervisor will:
  • Plan and supervise daily dispatch operations.
  • Coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assign vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements.
  • Monitor delivery routes and adjust schedules when necessary.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of transport resources.
