CREDIT OPERATIONS & LOAN DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and completeness of all credit origination documents before disbursement.
• Identify, flag, and correct missing, incomplete, or mismatched loan documentation.
• Ensure full compliance across the entire credit origination funnel.
• Drive documentation standards for all approved loan transactions.

• Follow up on and ensure completeness of documentation from the Vehicle Under Management team.
• Ensure all loans are correctly uploaded and available on MINT for approval workflows.
• Coordinate accurate loan loading on TESSERACT prior to Finance payout on Hydra.
• Ensure adherence to the full loan payout process for approved credit deals.

• Identify acceptable levels of lending risk in line with company risk appetite.
• Support proactive risk identification, escalation, and mitigation.
• Contribute to minimizing financial and operational losses.
• Promote a strong risk management culture within credit operations.

• Maintain a 95% accuracy rate on all processed credit documents.
• Ensure loan readiness and disbursement SLAs are consistently met.
• Monitor and support key performance indicators for approved loans.

• Utilize data analytics tools to support credit decisioning and reporting.
• Prepare accurate reports using tools such as:
  • Tableau
  • Power BI
  • MS Office Suite

Minimum Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Economics
  • Commerce
  • Engineering
  • Or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in:
  • Credit management
  • Risk management
  • Financial operations
• Experience working with:
  • Credit decisioning systems
  • Fast-paced fintech or financial environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
