SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION OFFICER

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Sales & Client Acquisition Officer is responsible for actively building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The role involves direct marketing, networking, cold calling, and field engagement to generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain a strong client pipeline. The ideal candidate is outgoing, persuasive, and highly results-driven.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role focuses on customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales execution through field marketing, networking events, and direct customer engagement. The officer is expected to build a strong pipeline of clients, convert leads into active customers, and maintain long-term relationships that support business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
  • Identify prospective customers and generate new business leads
  • Map potential markets and build a strong client database
  • Convert leads into active clients through structured engagement

Sales & Marketing Execution
  • Conduct direct marketing activities including cold calling and field outreach
  • Run presentations and client acquisition campaigns
  • Assist in organizing networking events and promotional activities
  • Support giveaways and public engagement programs

Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up with clients after conversion to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain ongoing communication for future business opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of customer service at all times

Planning & Reporting
  • Develop weekly and monthly sales work plans
  • Maintain a structured client pipeline and follow-up system
  • Prepare performance reports on sales and acquisition activities
  • Track progress against targets and adjust strategies accordingly

Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams to support client acquisition
  • Share market insights and feedback from customers
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and customer engagement strategies

REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, confident, and relationship-driven personality
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
