Job Summary
Africa Global Logistics is seeking an experienced Business Controller – Fleet to provide financial leadership and commercial insight across fleet and transport operations in Uganda.
The role is responsible for fleet budgeting, financial planning, cost control, asset management, financial reporting, revenue assurance, profitability analysis, and business performance monitoring. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Fleet Operations, Procurement, Workshop, and other departments to improve financial efficiency and support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Budgeting
The Business Controller will lead financial planning activities relating to fleet operations.
Key duties include:
  • Develop and coordinate annual fleet budgets and operational forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections for fleet operations.
  • Monitor fleet expenditure against approved budgets.
  • Investigate significant budget variances and recommend corrective measures.
