• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, manage, and disseminate high-impact performance dashboards and operational reports.
• Predictive Modeling & Scenarios: Create diverse business scenarios, perform innovative data analyses, and build predictive data solutions.
• Market & Operational Research: Conduct periodic market research, analyze expenditure and revenue trends, and prepare comprehensive cost-benefit analyses.
• KPI Management: Establish empirical targets for key performance indicators and identify critical information gaps to guide field and executive teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with process owners and technology teams to optimize data warehousing, reporting, and business process management systems.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a mathematical or IT-related discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or another quantitative field) plus a formal certification in Data Science, Big Data, or Data Analytics.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT or Finance within a high-tempo environment, including at least 1 year served at a senior officer level.
• Technical Competencies: Advanced proficiency in research/investigation, business process management, data collection/analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and computer-aided auditing techniques.
• Behavioral Competencies: Uncompromising commitment and integrity, proactivity, strong relationship building, resilience, and advanced problem-solving acumen.
