Job Summary
Twyford International Uganda is seeking a Building Materials Customer Service Specialist to provide professional customer support and ensure a smooth customer experience across the company's building materials business.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to respond to customer inquiries, process orders, provide product information and technical support, manage returns and warranty claims, and resolve customer complaints.
