Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jubilee Insurance products through bancassurance channels.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Explain insurance products, benefits, and coverage options to customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop strategies to increase insurance product uptake.
• Build a strong customer pipeline through referrals and networking.

2. Bancassurance Channel Management

• Work closely with banking partners to drive insurance sales.
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Support customer acquisition initiatives within assigned branches.
• Conduct product awareness activities.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer needs.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with customers regarding insurance inquiries and applications.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support customer retention and renewals.

4. Sales Reporting and Performance Monitoring

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Prepare sales reports and updates.
• Monitor progress against sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and performance reviews.

5. Compliance and Professional Standards

• Ensure all insurance sales follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation.
• Protect customer confidentiality.
• Follow ethical sales practices.
• Promote Jubilee Insurance values and professional standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in any field.

Professional Experience

• Sales experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Banking or financial services background.
• Insurance sales experience.

Additional Advantage

• Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance is an added advantage.
