Assistant Marketing Director

• Strategy & Execution: Support the development and comprehensive execution of innovative marketing strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, high-impact product launches, and strategic brand initiatives across multiple channels.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze current market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new growth opportunities and refine brand positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal teams (sales, product development, and creative) to drive sustained business growth.
• Brand Stewardship: Safeguard and elevate a premium brand image across all digital, physical, and communication channels.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Development, Brand Management, or a related field. (A Master’s degree or MBA is considered a strong added advantage).
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience within a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience working with luxury, beauty, FMCG, or consumer lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional skills in brand strategy, digital marketing, corporate communication, and project management.
